What to expect

Not for a moment. Most of our guests started exactly where you are. Classes are gentle, teachers guide everything step by step, and nobody is watching anybody. Come as you are.

You rest - in a silk hammock or a nest of blankets on the floor - while crystal and brass singing bowls, gongs, and voice wash over you. There is nothing to do and nothing to get right. Most people leave feeling deeply rested, like waking from the best nap of their life.

Comfortable, soft clothing you can relax in. Mats, props, blankets, and everything else are here for you. For sound baths and restorative classes, some guests bring an extra layer - the body cools as it settles.

Ten minutes before class is perfect. It gives you time to settle in, meet your teacher, and let the day fall away before you begin.

Every class is $25. A ten-class pack is $200, and unlimited membership is $99/month.

Yes. Cancellation is as easy as joining - no contracts, no fees, no hoops. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you've paid for.

We're at 210 N Triangle Dr, Suite G, Ponderay, ID 83852 - in Ponderay, five minutes from downtown Sandpoint. There's easy parking right outside the door.
